Big Property Data's entire system is automated. When any report is purchased, we cross-check your boundary against over 150+ datasets (over ~300+ million potential risks) across our infrastructure. Reports that are generated externally for example CON29/CON29DW reports, these are electronically pushed through to the relavant Local Authority/Water Provider and electronically returned to you.
When your reports have been successfully generated or returned back from one of our trusted 3rd party connections, this is then pushed through to your account and can be securely accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We manually approve Conveyancer/Firm accounts to verify the businesses is who they say they are. We approve these accounts within 1-2 working hours.
As we are partnered with several data providers, we recieve new and updated data all the time. We aim to check, cleanse and update new data within 2-3 working hours.
